[engl] Impressively packed in an epic and monumental artwork by Elzo Durt, “Bellatrix Boadicea” is a tumult of impressions, sensations and acts. The name “Bellatrix Boadicea” itself brings its share of mystery and it may sounds unfamiliar to some of us. This MARY BELL new full length gets its title from Boudica, the queen of a celtic tribe who led an uprising against the conquering forces of the roman empire in AD 60. Another form of sedition comes from the fourteen songs of this album, proceeding from haunted and noisy claims to frenetic punk jolts, from frenzy to introspection. The band is back where they left with “Histrion”, their critically acclaimed previous effort. A record which has managed to convince fans of punk, hardcore and garage and we bet that “Bellatrix Boadicea” will seduce an even larger audience with richer songs and atmospheres. The incisive words of the lyrics deal with what the band describe as their favorite subjects : “revenge, hate, shitty relationships, the circle of life and cats”. The record will come in three color versions.

[engl] SHOCK from Bordeaux (France) is some pure essence of disgust and resentment. This first vinyl effort delivers 5 venomous hardcore tracks combining heavy parts, noisy riffs and high speed tempo. It's violent, raw and dirty, SHOCK is taking you down to the darkside of human nature. Expect some bitter and disillusioned lyrics (most of them in French) which grealty participates to create a very singular atmosphere. SHOCK features members of bands from the very prolific and inspired Bordeaux scene like Gasmask Terrör, Hondartzako Hondakinak, Fraude, Bombardement... Artwork by Mathieu Freak City who also sings in the band.

[engl]  It’s been seven years since SHORT DAYS first full length, seven years during which these tireless people from Lille have never stopped traveling the roads and playing shows. These punk hyperactivists are also playing in shitloads of great bands from the effervescent Lille scene.The band has finally found the time to return to the studio during the year 2023 and it’s with great pleasure that we share with you “Direction Nowhere”. This second album offers you no less than 14 new songs and if the punk recipe remains the same, time has done its work and it is today more elaborate. Once again Barreto, the band’s drummer, has taken care of the artwork and it’s brilliant.

[engl] “Beton Nostalgie” LP is a collection of songs released on various EP and split records 18 songs from their Demo, Litovsk split, UVPR compilation song, Desert Urbain, BMAB single serie and Urban Savage split. It is coming in a gatefold jackets with awesome drawing by All Cats Are Grey France’s Syndrome 81 started gaining momentum in the Punk scene with their 2013 demo tape, drawing comparisons to the plethora of great bands that defined the French Oi sound of the 1980s with a heavy stomp culled from classic USHC. The band has progressed since then, and the sound is more diverse but also more defined, having filed off some of the American influences and moved in a darker, distinctly French direction that is both melancholy and anthemic, with lyrics being influenced by growing up in Brest, France. The band comes from this dark place and write songs about their personal struggles growing up and growing old. These are songs about watching your friends lose sight and move on while you question why you are still here, haunted by your past and having to look your former self in the eye while you apologize for who you’ve become. These are songs about trudging through a desert you built yourself.

[engl] There are new bands which catch your attention like a gripping face coming out of nowhere. The kind of unexpected phenomenon which might even make you like surprises. UNDER 45 probably says nothing to you but it’s only a matter of time before you get charmed by this very unique form of musical expression. Some might describe it as post-punk or try to assign to it a wide range of influences from different time periods, styles or scenes but it’s not the point. We just want to invite you to let yourself be seduced like we’ve been seduced ourselves from the very first seconds. Seduced by the sarcastic but clever poetry, by the bright guitars and by the persuasive bass lines. Anyway, we can give you some names to set up the scenery if you need : THE FALL, PUBLIC IMAGE LIMITED, UK DECAY… UNDER 45 is leaded by Jake, refugee from Brexit and also drummer in BLEAKNESS who teamed up with his BLEAKNESS compagnion Phab and Pascal who you may already know as guitarist in FAUX DEPART.

[engl] The second album from the fiercest swedish hardcore punk band has been unavailable for more than a decade and we're very happy to bring it back in 2023, 20 years after its inception. « In Darkness » was one of the most influential records in the very prolific crust / hardcore scene of the early 2000s, ten songs of a perfect mix of brutality and melody and a cover of Poison Idea's Say Goodbye. We were very honored to be able to release the European version of this record in 2003 and the enthusiasm is still real to be able to offer you this reissue 20 years later. The disillusioned rage and urgency of this album remain intact after two decades.

[engl] "Relentless" is the long awaited YOUTH AVOIDERS second album. The five years between this new full lenght and their debut have been really intense for the band, made of constant live appearances everywhere around the globe. Intensity is the trademark of YOUTH AVOIDERS, "Relentless" is the fruit of a five days session in the Normandy countryside studio Swan Sound. To keep it simple, "Relentless" is YOUTH AVOIDERS making what they have done so good so far but even better : catchy riffing, rich melodies, inexhaustible drumming, sharp vocals... The band has also raised the tempo, these 11 songs go at an unrestrained pace. "Relentless" well bears its name !

[engl] Youth Avoiders' first full length is exactly the best you would have expected after their different E.P's. These 5 guys combine great songwriting with great sense of melody and catchiness. This first album is made of 11 songs and the band hasn't feared to explore new things, more complex structures without loosing their energy and straightforwardness. The result is an urgent and solid record. This is the third Youth Avoiders' release on Destructure and like the "Time Flies" e.p it's a corelease with Build me a Bomb.

[engl] It’s hard to realize that almost three years have passed since the release of ZONIE INFINIE second full length “Rester et Fuir” as the songs of the band sound timeless. “Dégâts” makes no difference to the very distinctive sense of both melancholy and warmth ZONE INFINIE has built its universe on. The band has no fear of integrating new influences and atmospheres to their punk music. These four new songs are a great testimony of the harsh world the band is living in, still developing a realistic and sometimes poetic everyday life lyrics style. Once again, the artwork has been by the brilliant Yvan Brun.
