[engl] Get ready for a new Derby Dolls EP! When I first listened to the rough mixes I was thinking again, yes, that‘s tight! The 4 new songs come with German lyrics and a solid early NDW background, but with an amazing sound! You will love it! I don‘t know when this band had the time to write a new EP, because two of them are playing constantly with Hysterese. Derby Dolls are always the best happy thing between sweet pop and early Neue Deutsche Welle. With this new 4 Song EP they put some more snotty Midwestern Garage influences into their unique sound and they often remind me of Something Fierce, maybe it‘s the excellent bass sound or just the perfect songwriting?! The guitar lines are jangling and aggressive – but not in a testosteron way. And Helens voice is doing the rest. The debut 12“ was sold out in a few months without the Derby Dolls having played one show. You should buy one of these little vinyl jewels and grab your own copy, because this is another unique piece of fine music, combining the power and the pop when it comes to punk.

[engl] In 2019 the Band was overwhelmed and shameless creative because of too Many Shows and crazy things happening on this planet, so they booked the Studio for 2 weeks and recorded 17 Songs, and all of them Killer Tracks mostly Originals with some covers from: THE TROGGS (i want you) THE STOOGES (Ann) and co written songs by: Arthur Larregle (J.C. SATÀN) and Stefano Isaia (MOVIE STAR JUNKIES). I could cut some track to make a Single Album, but what the heck!! they are all so damn good !!! so we decided to release that Double Album, and you will not be disappointed and Love it as we do. this is Raw super Filthy Garage Noise Trash Rock'n'Roll in its best Tradition, and for all GUITAR WANKERS there is a 13 Minute Guitar Orgasm (Nervous Breakdown) on it as well.. and for all ELECTRO and SYNTH Nerds.. here we go with the Re-Mix of Schizo MF !!! DESTINATION LONELY, three ANGRY YOUNG MEN from Toulouse / Bordeaux, arise from a rich ROCK'N'ROLL GARAGE NOISE TRASH culture in the SOUTH OF FRANCE. they played and formed and played in legendary bands such as Blew Up, THE FATALS, Space Beatnicks, Jerry Spider Gang, Beach Bitches, Kung Fu Escaelators to name a few among others, touring around and outside the country. They released records on countless labels , and are now on the road to nowhere as: DESTINATION LONELY. Lo Spider has his own recording studio "Swampland" where he records Bands such as THE SPITS, THE MONSTERS, MAGNETIX, DEAD GHOSTS, to name a few.

[engl] Put it this way, Dimi Dero Inc are the greatest Australian band since The Drones – except for the fact they’re French. Gareth Liddiard’s “favourite European band since Einsturzende Neubauten”, the Paris four-piece draw from a sound cultivated in our part of the southern hemisphere for three decades. They’ve got plenty of cred, too: all of the band members have previously collaborated with former and current Nick Cave sidekicks like Mick Harvey, Hugo Race and Warren Ellis, and their Parisian residence includes the famed “Kanga-room” where many Europe-visiting Australian acts have stayed at different times. Already cheekily labelled “the best Australian rock record of recent years”, the cheerfully-titled Cremation Day... certainly sounds pretty damn Aussie for a bunch of Frogs. Leader Dimi Dero sneers, leers and swears like Chris Bailey crossed with Gaz, while the band’s dual guitar attack has Beasts Of Bourbon/Drones/classic-period Scientists written all over it. Even cooler, the first two songs – Unfair Enough and Bored – respectively tip the beret to Morrissey’s You’re Going To Need Someone On Your Side and Bauhaus’ In The Flat Field and as soon as the piercing fuzz and scuzz of Recipe For Happiness and Little Big Baby hits the speakers, you can practically smell stale beer and ciggies. To sum it all up – full marks for nailing that coveted Antipodean swamp-rock sound. As the French would say, “plus d’Australien que les tongs de Paul Hogan” (more Australian than Paul Hogan’s thongs)."

[engl] There is something that shines more boldly in the career of The Dirty Coal Train than its urgent and brutal music. The submission and hard love they have for their work!! and the constant search for new musical environments. Their music is just the reflection of an uglier world where mainstream society avoids showing their true face. This is a real fight, a fight from the outside. Professional outsiders and lovers of Rock'n'roll´s true cause. Fearing no fear, no violence, oppression, hatred nor ignorance. This fight is inherent and visiblein each of their albums, and "Super Scum" is no exception. It has been so, and will always be for those who love this struggle. Always starting from scratch, to begin all over again and not renounce the privilege of playing often to hostile audiences. This urgency engraved in each of The Dirty Coal Train´s songs is vital to the unfolding of "Super Scum"´s history: a celebration of a past they love but with a primitive / modern embracing and no compromise to those more nostalgic shots. This is how great music is done: great beginnings and endings with little polishment. For The Dirty Coal Train Rock n Roll will always be a last, cheerful salvation. Here's an album that takes risks and explores the pleasures of Rock n Roll and tells us that it is worth fighting for this type of disease, this kind of cause,... this music. Not an imposed war but a union of struggle, friends and comrades that will shape around the same flag. Besides Rev Jess Coltrane and his muse Conchita Coltrane, artillery is heavier and oiled in this LP with collaboration from Coimbra´s hard wing: Carlos Mendes (drums) and Pedro Calhau (Sax) along Ana Banana Coltrane and Eduardo Vinhas. A house well composed with a well-built concept, well outlined and with an excellent graphic work. An arduous but successful fight, a man and a woman with patience of a saint and as courageous as a thousand Spartans. As always, the scum wins. Rock on. "X

The joy, or what he would call ‘hot sauce’, that he brought to our lives has left a massive hole in our hearts. This is a photo taken at our last show on Saturday night. After we finished our set, he said “that was fucken sick, I think that was the best show we have ever played.” Darrell, we will love you forever." The asymmetric guitars, bass grooves and dynamic drums we’ve come to love on their previous two EPs are all there brighter than ever on forthcoming debut album What If You’re Right & They’re Wrong?. It’s raw but sharp, minimalist and danceable. Their pop sensibilities make it accessible while their post-punk leanings make it exciting. We’re calling it now as one of our favourite albums of the year! When I put this on I listen all the way through. The other day two times in a row. Unbelievably catchy. I will love this even years and years from now, for sure. Can’t pick a favorite song. This sounds like it could have been released in any of the last 5-6 decades. Solid, tight songs that warm the soul. I’m picking up on a wide diversity of sounds, from The Pixies to Blondie. Really glad to have stumbled across these guys! Extremely catchy, every song is a bop.

[engl] Meet Ditches, from Stockholm coming straight out the gutter and speeding into the part of your brain where all the catchiest melodies lurk for the rest of time. This is their debut LP, a frantic collision of powerpop, garage rock and the most addictive of yer favourite punk classics. Think the snot of the Adolescents with JJ O’Neill’s natural way around a melody, or simply recall Jeff Burke of The Marked Men/Radioactivity’s knack for invoking the tartrazine high and the sugar crash at exactly the same time. All these things can be found here, and plenty more besides. Burke actually shows up on production duties, lending backing vocals where necessary, although while it’s evident that Ditches’ approach shares a certain something with his outfits, they also very clearly sculpt their own universe. Songs like Stitch Me Up owe as much to high speed pub rockers like The Boys as to the Denton, Texas sound, while there’s a gentle nod to the endlessly memorable hooks of Pete Shelley in their plaintive melodies, as well as a whole lotta stuff that’s fundamentally their own. Mainly though, this is just a thrill ride from start to finish. Get it on your stereo, start pogo-ing and accept you’ll be repeating this for the rest of forever. The best band to come out of Sweden since… ooh, I don’t know. Ebba Grön? Yep, probably. Will Fitzpatrick.
